Like the idea but I can see it being used as a way to take the game hostage. Couldn’t you block one to two generators with puppets? theres probably an easy workaround. Otherwise, good stuff!

after entering the PD, Will the distance between killer and survivor be the same? If so, this seems too strong. Better than a mori.
