This is normal? Doesn't this game have 3 different rank/ level systems. Player level (or time spent playing), survivor rank, and killer rank?

Almost same amount of time. As a killer I keep getting matched with ridiculously good survivor teams. Either can't find them, or they've done all the generators faster than I can blink, or they outrun me on top of doing insane loops or fake outs where most of the time they double back on top of me.
