Had the same thing happen to me as survivor . It doesn’t let you emote because I believe the game thinks you’re still moving. I was spinning there for about 30 seconds. I freed myself tho, if you open the mid game menu for options and then leave. It should push you out of the spot. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, until then…
