Yeah, it's pretty obvious that's what happened. I was kind of just hoping they would give us at least a cop-out response like, "Billy was getting a 52.4% kill rate in pissrank 94, so it was only logical to nerf him!"

Honestly, the worst part about it for me is billy becoming far less enjoyable. He just feels so much.. slower? Man, I just wish he still had spark plug and vegetable oil.
