• You can crouch over them and they won't trigger. I think she needs less traps, reduce it to 8 at least.

• If you play on PS4 you can adjust your privacy settings via Messages>Privacy Settings(Messages). Then set it to friends or nobody. Problem solved if you're on PS4.
