Well considering that it requires 2 perks and that its not a common situation i would say its fair.

Survivors already spend too much time holding m1 and looking at a bar slowly fill out. 120 seconds would make killers op.

I like his power and he would be my favorite killer if he wasn't so bad. I don't think getting stomped is fun.

It would be cool but i think there are other more important issues that need to be addresed first.
