Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, GTX 750 TI, 4GB RAM I'm running low settings, good FPS. 138 mbps internet. I don't have a lot of ram but that hasn't been a problem when I play killer or any other game like CSGO. Specifically when I play survivor is when I get this.

Making an addition: This happens in literally every single survivor game I get, I am not exaggerating, I check ping before my matches, my ping is always around 90, my friends get the same ping as me and do not get this issue.

I don't have too much problem with fps, i definitely get drops, but its not too often. Not to say people dont get that, but the fact that we cant get customizable graphics settings is kinda crappy. Console players have really been neglected.
