Forgot to mention while in game my disk usage is 60-90 and sometimes jumps to 100, but before the update it was the same so 🤷♂️

Its 100%. I heard It matters if you play by hard disk or SSD and I really hope thats not the thing, cuz I have the same problem with VALORANT and Im using a hard disk

Im having the same problem, except crashes. My game used to be at 100 fps dropping to 80, but ever since the update I cannot play normally I have high ping lobbies and my fps went from 100-80 to 60-30, and if before frame drops were occuring rarely after the update i experience it really frequently.
