This is true but has blight perks been in the shrine yet?

Try powering off the switch. Long hold the power button and do a compete restart. That's worked for me several times

I have same issue. Restored license and reinstalled didnt help.

Is your blight dlc showing? Mine isn't says coming soon and I can buy it with cells. Ill check some other threads incase this has been addressed already

Change match making from level/rank difference, to pip difference. Far too many people complain about ranks being all over the place in match making. 6 ranks is effectively 1/3 give or take a few that scope is huge.
