Can confirm. Saboteur doesn't work on event hooks. This makes the perk even worse.

Im 1M3 bloodpoints in and so for ive had 0 flashlight or medkits. I'm pretty sure the drop rate is bugged otherwise what's the point to create an event if the players cant even get the special items

Same thing here. I just spent 1M2 bloodpoints and only i got cakes so far. no flashlights no medkits. I'm P3 lvl 50
