I did a lil brain think and turns out ALL of Billy's addon descriptions that were changed for Live build are wrong. Heavy Clutch still decreases steering, Lopro adds speed limiter, iri brick takes 5 seconds for undetectable status.

So. I thought a little with my tiny brain and figured out that all the addons that billy is supposed to have in live build are versions from the PTB. Basically Lopro Chains and Iri Brick are terribly bad. And the brown addon "Heavy Clutch" which reduces the hitbox on the chainsaw for less bump-age. But the PTB version…

Just had the same issue but never broke a pallet before hand and it just acted like speed limiter. Very annoying.
