I would recommend the tru3ta1ent way of playing ghostie boy- don’t waste a ton of time trying to stalk. Use your stealth to sneak up on people and just attack them normally. Nurses calling is good on him.

I’ve had this bug as well on ps4. It happens to me periodically after using decisive strike where my character will get off the killers shoulder but be stuck crouch walking even though I’m pressing the sprint button.

What everyone else has said + he requires zero skill to play. He’s like Doctor in that regard; an OP killer that anyone can do well with.
