Yeah, thats what confusing me. I've heard that getting lvl 40 and unlocking teachables will basically grant me tier 3 perks on all other killers. To be honest items and offerings do not matter for me, i dont have any event unique things. In that case I assume its more efficient to do that plus 1 extra prestige right now I guess?

So If I understand that correctly 70+ tier perks mean I need for example around 24 purple perks on a character since 24*tier3 = 72?
