Getting some credit for being a distraction doesn't equal a free pip. If they're getting face camped for a substantial amount of time then they're not going to get a pip unless they already worked on gens, were altruistic, and led the killer for a bit. If they haven't then it's a guaranteed de-pip. I don't see the issue…
