  • It means that they have reached 1 billion BP over the whole time they have been playing. Steam keeps tracking record of achievements after you complete them, and there's an achievement for 1 million Bp, so this person has just played a lot, really.

For example, if you keep on ignoring Stridor, Distressing and Monstruous Shrine, they will keep on taking knots on the Bloodweb that could be filled with either Pop Goes the Weasel or Devour Hope.
