It is no surprise that deathbound is being nerfed. The slagging strategy rarely uses hooks. In other words, it was too strong as it was always triggered.

New deathbound promote very unhealthy play. When used in a slugging build, it gives an oblivion effect every time you recover a downed survivor. And since there is no hook to use in this build, they remain permanently oblivious until the match is over. This should not be implemented as is.
