it's just a slow down, you can even vault pallet and windows, never said prevent to escape like victor ._.

The huntress is one of the slowest killer, she have less speed because of the ability to hit with hatchets at long range , this is why you are slightly faster than survivor but not as fast as any killer (except our dear nurse .. and i think death slinger too is a bit slower)
