  • It's not only rank reset but also level 2 of the tome challenges are opened. I know a lot of killers camp for the guaranteed kills they need for certain challenges.

  • The tomes don't disappear after the time is over. It's only the rift that they would miss out on. If they're still working on the first time after the second one is released they still are able to finish it.
