  • Sponge and Glove add on is only good against perks that slow healing speed (sloppy butcher, coulrophobia, etc). It gives the same bonus heal despite these perks; meanwhile, the quicker healing add ons are weakened by anti healing perks. Think of it like a mini-autodidact per great skill check.
