No Prompt came up while on the hatch. I was even pressing the button and nothing, was just still laying on top of the hatch until the killer came. Was on top of the hatch before it opened. Yeah I think it has to be a bug for that game I was in. Never happened before.

They need to fix this bug cause it's not fun. I dropped a pallet on the killer, didn't stun him and I was about to walk away and I was downed without a hit smh...
