Incorrect that banner was for the original date and xbox just didn't change it.

They haven't even sent it in for certification

That banner on xbox has been up since the day the event was supposed to be released. It does not mean they approved the update just that they didn't bother to change it after it was postponed . Leaks are not gospel you know.
