On Xbox it makes me get off the gen, press x to put it on the gen, and then I have to get back on the gen to continue. I however did not see anything from dbd to alert me of the change. I accidentally found out how. It may be similar on PS5.

I've had this happen in two games two different days. Have it on twitch if other need proof.
