Im currently trying to get the achievement as well and i play on ps4. ive farmed for 3 nights now and i know ive gotten more than 20. i wish someone from BHVR would clarify this

they should have tested this before they released dracula. it needs to be removed from the game.

All BHVR has to do to fix this is when there are only 2 survivors left on the map is to give them infinite unbreakable so it would force the killer to hook one of the last 2 when he gets a down, giving the other a chance for hatch.
