I'm not good at games. So I can't run the loop you think. I just hope Stagger won't slow down running. I'm too scared to be chased by a killer X(

It is rarely used on maps where the upland is quite lacking. Rather, they would have been good to remove its acceleration and leave only stiffness.

But except for some maps, there are not many places where we can use 'BALANCED LANDING'.

Why did you nerf 'BALANCED LANDING'? I had fun to DBD because of that perk. I don't understand... :( Because you have nerfed 'perk', it becomes significantly useless compared to other 'booster perk'. I was so embarrassed that I turned off the game. I'm disappointed in you T_T I beg you revert it back.
