  • I guess you never lived in the country in Canada when frost build up on lines they randomly shut power off for about 1 minute to clean a line. They will do that up to 30 times a day without warning.

  • Ok so it's fine to ban people for things out of their control when the bans havent fixed the problem anyways.   • If this game was free I would say yes go ahead and ban people all you want. Otherwise I would say its illegal to ban people from content when they themselves admit the system cant tell the difference from Acts of God power outages or angry players leaving. I would say your at risk of a class action lawsuit.
