It seems that after unselecting/reselecting, or resetting the game, the tome then did successfully log my escapes. However, this is still something that should not have happened to begin with.

I have had this issue several times today alone. I played as Meg Thomas, both solo queue and as SWF. In these two instances, I was forced to use task manager to quit the game (as were my friends in that case) - and the first quit in each scenario was followed by a second infinite loading screen, requiring another quit.
