It does tell you this in the in-game news section, too. You just have to scroll down a little. I don't like Twitter either, but I just check it to see what's going on with codes and stuff.

I very much agree with this. BHVR, please consider skipping next chapter unless it's licensed and you've already signed the contracts or something. A lot of us would prefer a large health patch instead.
