Additional Wraith Cloak Features
I was thinking of how neat it would be if Wraith could pick up survivors when he's cloaked. However, I'd imagine that half way through the pick up animation he would uncloak. What's the situation with Bill's perks when he get's added to console?
Will everyone automatically have them unlocked or will we have to unlock them again? Because everyone on console had Bill's perks by default.

"Does Not Stack" consistancy
Can we get a quality of life patch that updates the descriptions of killer addons to simply state if they stack or not? For example: Legion's Filthy/Nasty blades.
