My quick thoughts on new Freddy.
Here is some room for error with his kit, so his skill ceiling is higher. Dream Pallet change seems like the weakest part of his kit, it should be faster. The delay ruins it. Also, at release I worry he will be dropped by console players because his new snares has alot of room for error, I imagine it worse on controller.

The devs balance around the community/streamers, not data.
Chucky has a 52% killrate according to nightlite. Majority of killers are under their 60% targeted killrates. With each update killers get worse and worse, it's like the devs are afraid of buffing killers because they don't want to upset the survivors who buy skins.

Nerfing Windows of Oppurtunity is a buff for M1 killers
WIndows has been one of the most used perks for a reason. Nerfing this perks will give a more accurate reading on killer performance.

How the the devs don't buff Counterforce/Small Game, instead of nerfing Thrill Of the Hunt?
Peek variety is a good thing and it seems like the devs don't like that.

This killer was designed to maximize survivor fun by having an interactive but weak killer
I don't see her popularity being high once the hype dies down. She is fun to play against by giving survivors the illusion they're doing alot, she's interactive with lots of counterplay, but she is clunky and frustrating to play as killer. Holding W against her is too strong.
