Hooking system flaw
So recently I have been going against a lot of deathslingers who have been abusing the newish hooking system and are able to still camp the hooks. They will stand just out of range of when the bar would be filling up and just be aiming at the hooked survivor and range camp it. that really needs to be fixed.
Xenomorph's tail hit box
So something I noticed is how it's almost impossible to get a hit with his tail if the survivors aren't in an animation. For example in one of my games I was not even 20 meters away from a survivor and I do my tail attack.
