I purchased the armored titan pack as a dlc, but my friend can't use them
I recently purchased it with the intention to share it with my friend through library sharing, because we are both poor, but the skins don't show up on his end. Is that intentional? I assumed since it was considered a dlc I would have been able to use it on multiple accounts, just like any other dlcs
