i dont know if this intended or is a bug/exploit but i think is a little bit overpowered having infinite
Currently Nemesis have a bug where you infect survivors with the power and they start coughing a lot, giving away their location to the killer really easy, i notice some players using the add on to remove one vaccine so they can exploit the bug
