I keep getting purple rank survivors and red ranks while I’m in green ranks they aren’t survive with friends either I was getting red ranks to start out with before I hit green ranks

New bug with basement hook?
So as I was downed and took to basement I couldn’t wiggle but when I was hooked I was like seeing the sky or something I was unhooked and I fell from the sky in this animation and stayed like this till killer killed me it happened to my friends too and on a different maps different killers but only basement hooks
