Decisive Strike is useless and buggy in it's current state
Decisive Strike is a one use, gotta make the skill check, perk. The ability to "dribble" players nerfs this, but what's worse is even when successful... it doesn't always work. Twice today, I succeeded only to be put on a hook 1-2 seconds later. I can deal with the dribbling as it costs them time but please change Decisive…
