PC - Self unhook skips 2nd state
Step 1 - get hooked Step 2 - Unhook self on last escape attempt (This can be just before second stage, third attempt, or last attempt with slippery meat, etc.) Step 3 - Get hooked a second time Step 4 - Die instantly as you no longer get a struggle phase (the bug)
