DS should have a little buff
I think DS is fine where it is but the timer for when you get off the hook should get removed. I can't tell you how many times I've had DS run out of time because the killer was no where around me during the duration of the timer for the perk. After the perk timer runs out, its basically useless until you get hooked again…
