On PC doc's new cosmetic doesnt have the static particles on the wiring on his head that the standard/bloody skin do. Tried switching heads to see if they just hadn't kicked up but it appears they just weren't added.
We've all seen it. We all know it's not ok, survivors and killers alike. If you drop a pallet on a killer while they're picking up a survivor, it needs to stun the killer. That is all.
