Found ingame-Items won`t be available after escape
I recently noticed, that (at least sometimes) Items won`t show up after a successful escape, when you just found it in the current game. I noticed it two times, but it was probably more.Till now, I can only confirme it with Leon. One time with a gray medkit, one time with alex toolbox (purple)
