Evil Incarnate should not be based on Survivors holding it hostage.
Quite possibly, one of the most toxic, infuriating and expensive achievements to do in the entire game. Costs two iridescent addons, requires you to basically not hook anyone or pressure gens, and the only way you can actually get it, is by having survivors be 'merciful' to you. Post Match Survey Rewards?
Wanted to poke around, ask and see if anyone has gotten their rewards yet by chance for participating? I went a little overboard and sent in about 20ish survey's so I don't know if they are having to review things manually or not but I imagine if people sent in more than the requested 7 it could affect processing time.
