I was playing some solo queue when I realized that I was losing pips instead of gaining them, does anyone know why this happens or how to stop it?
What happens to the Bloodpoints you spend on the new characters after the PTB ends?
I've checked everything I could find, but not even his own wiki page seems to mention it.
