There's no reason to have it tied to the killer once dedicated servers are finished. It should only disconnect after everyone leaves or a set time (Say... 3 minutes after match close).
It doesn't make sense that offerings are taken if someone DCs during loading just because a graphic goes off on the screen. They should only be actually disappearing once the game has actually started. It avoids people quiting purposely due to seeing X offering pop up or rather 'secret' ones that aren't really secret.
