New 40 perk rework will need more QoL changes

Make Killers that reach 3rd Prestige from Perk Tiers get the Distinct Rewards
I roamed around the forums and i didn't see this suggestion yet. I think players that didn't ever prestige, but leveled up the bloodweb to the level of P3 or higher should get the mentioned P3 Distinct Rewards.
