unhookable spot in hawkins laboratory (PS4)
I was up against a blighted pyramid head and he managed to down me, but when he arrived to one of the rooms, he was unable to hook me in this spot to the point that he simply gave up because of this hook placement
Oni's Shattered Spike mask bugged (PS4)
Whenever I perform a mori or go to the result screen, his mask is suddenly gone but his horns and hair still remains. It's been like this for several months before the alien chapter.
After coming out of the locker, i wasnt able to attack as The Dredge (playstation4)
When I was teleporting and coming out in the middle of the match, I wasn't able to attack. at the end of the match, I was near the exit gates and it did the animation as if I came out of the locker before the match ended. it has happened twice and didn't play dredge afterward.

Glyph Pursuer didnt spawn any green glyphs?
idk why but I did two matches trying to understand how they worked for a future challenge of the new tome. I had 2 end-game matches. In 1 match, I broke all totems and memorized their locations, none had spawned. In the last match, all totems were uncleansed and none spawned near the totems as stated in the description.
Huntress has no terror radius/lullaby
Im sure why but in my recent match, I was up against a huntress but she had no terror radius nor lullaby but i was still able to hear her heartbeat when she was close by.
Twins getting stuck together
