Prestiged Killers have 2 teachable perks tier 3 and 1 stuck at tier 2 even after multiple prestiges
I have many killers prestige 9 and every other killer has their teachables but only 2 at lvl 3 and one is only lvl 2. They should be lvl 3 all of them.
