This vault on Lery's which drops down into the basement appeared like one png, and there was no actual vault there. You could just walk through it like a doorway. I saw this with one other different vault in another game as survivor but I did not get a picture of it.
On 3 unrelated occasions, across 3 or 4 months now, when playing an online match as killer, chase with the survivors would never start. After loading into the game with the remix challenge, my perks were not randomized and I did not gain progress on the challenge for downing people. On the scoreboard however, it showed the random perks. Once again, no progress was granted on the challenge for downs in the trial, and my perks were not randomized.
