I saw BHVR is changing distortion to 15 seconds in chase instead of 30 which is better but still feels like a unnecessary perk change. i preordered the Deluxe addition of Frank Stone and it doesn't appear in my library on my BHVR account. I want to make sure its linked and i receive all my deluxe addition rewards. Its been 2 and a half hours and still nothing.
