Huntress doesn't have a lullaby whatsoever. (PC)
In some games against the huntress she will just not have a lullaby, she'll only have a heartbeat and the chase music will not start either. Below are two clips where the huntresses had no lullaby at all. It seems to be completely random, no matter what perks they use. It's a really annoying audio bug. Please fix :/

Chest item icon bug (PC)
When you loot a chest it will ALWAYS quickly flash the icon for a green medkit (with whatever rarity the actual item is, for example it will be a brown background but still green medkit icon.) before actually showing the item you got. Uncleansable totem on Coldwind Farm - The Thompson House
I came across this unbreakable totem (which so happened to be ruin in this case) by one of the harvesters. I could not get the prompt to cleanse it no matter how hard I tried to squeeze into the tiny space.
