pre-equipped dramaturgy
Hello, I was just in a game and I found that if a character already has the flashlight perks equipped as dramaturgy, the system can give it to you enabled during the game. The system should not only disable them but also unequip them to avoid problems, additionally in one of the uses it gave me a flashlight.
