I've had this bug happen a few times. The wiggle bar completely disappears and no longer able to wiggle after a teammate sabotages a hook. I am on PC playing on steam.
This happens to both me on PC and my husband on Playstation. I've only noticed this on the new map, Forgotten Ruins.
