Both quests with 4 randomly assigned perks
Every time I activate the challenge, even though it shows the question marks in my perk slots, i get my standard build that i had on before and no heals count towards the progress (as if the challenge wasn't active at all) , or damaging generators. I also restarted the game but still it doesnt work.
